Returns Policy:

Material being returned for any reason whatsoever must receive prior approval from Bradleys' Hermetics, Inc. for return.

Material being returned for restocking purposes must meet the following conditions:

1. Be of current design and manufacture.
2. Have been purchased within one (1) year.
3. Be in resalable condition.
4. Have received prior approval for return.
5. Skin packaged parts must be unopened.
6. Invoice number on which originally billed must be supplied.

Bradleys' Hermetics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse material for restocking purposes. When approved, however, a restocking charge of not less than 15 % will be made. Additional charges may be made or material refused if it is in such condition that it requires reconditioning.

All materials must be returned freight prepaid.
